Flexo Manager

About the Position:
This well established printer located in CA has an immediate need for a qualified Flexo Printing Manager. This individual will be responsible for department leadership, pressman training, budget, departmental performance, quality, safety and all related communications. Key competences required: Strong technical, problem solving and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communications, and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Must possess strong motivation, good judgment, sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a large format Flexo Press Operation is required.
