Flavorist

Purpose: A leading Manufacturing company in the Food & Beverage Industry is experiencing strong market growth and distribution of their products. In result, the Lab Team is looking for a new Flavorist to join their group. As a flavorist, you will be responsible for developing various flavors using broad chemistry skills that will be used in various products. Flavorists utilize a variety of chemicals to obtain a specific desired flavor as a result.

This position is open to all individuals with the chemistry skills and training who are enthusiastic about a career as a Flavorist. A four-year degree in a Technical Science and adequate lab experience and instrumentation knowledge is required. Candidates can be entry-level but must be able to illustrate competency with performing basic and some more complex chemistry tasks. Individuals must be self-starters, personable, open and willing to learn new techniques, approaches, and/or technologies, and have career ambitions.
