Employees in the Technology and Manufacturing group are part of a worldwide network of manufacturing and assembly/test facilities.Job Description: Manufacturing Equipment Technicians perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. May also perform set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work. Must attend off-site training courses to become equivalently trained to field service engineer.



job Requirements


You must possess an Associates of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science. Additional qualifications include:
- Five years of experience in manufacturing with L3 certification on at least one thin-film toolset
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting issues and solutions to multiple layers of management
- Analytical problem solving, data analysis, statistics, design of experiments, and process control skills
