Standard Job Description:
Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems. Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders. Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation. Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications

This position supports LMTO's Classified Space Services (CSS) Line of Business at Cape Canaveral, FL. The candidate should have experience supporting manufacturing and assembly operations. This position will have the responsibility for coordinating with Manufacturing & Engineering personnel, Procurement Buyers and external Suppliers to ensure that required materials are planned, requisitioned, ordered, expedited and received on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel and must be able to use available computing resources to effectively track and status actions. Strong communication and collaboration skills required. Candidate must be a strong "mulit-tasker".
