Engineering Manager , Industrial Electronics PCB Mfg. Assembly

Industrial electronics and controls developer and manufacturer has immediate need for Engineering manager to oversee design engineers, manufacturing engineers, documentation control in a fast paced, diverse product manufacturing environment. Will identify and allocate manpower and resources to assure completion of established objectives within budgetary and schedule guidelines. Oversee and direct product development of operating procedures and activities of design engineering, research and development, and production engineering. Assist management in identifying and initiating technical projects and communicate goals, scope, approach, and schedules to assigned technical and manufacturing staff. Assist in coordinating resources to meet technical requirements in Quality Control and Manufacturing.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering. 5 plus years in Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Management that includes new product development. Experience in industrial electronics, controls, PCB manufacturing strongly preferred.
