Electrical Techician / Foreperson

Looking for the ability to perform hands on practical skills and management using progressive interpersonal skills with department personnel utilizing excellent leadership and team building experience as well as perform electrical and production operations, service, installation and repair, prioritize and schedule workforce, promote safety, quality, customer service and continuous improvement while providing cell direction to all department personnel. This challenging position is in our rapidly growing Stainless Steel Cell. With the right Electrical Technician background and leadership skill this hands on Foreperson will have the opportunity to lead our afternoon shift in our Romeoville facility by professionally completing administrative tasks as well as demonstrated ability to organize, plan, implement, delegate and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 4 years manufacturing and supervisory experience. Must be familiar with codes of proper installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and devices working from blueprints, work and shop orders. Ability to troubleshoot and work with alternating and/or direct current from logic level to 480-volt three-phase distribution, switching panels, motors, starters, transformers, control panels and load centers. Proven ability to change priorities in order to meet organizational goals and communicate effectively with all levels of production and management.
