You would have 3 direct salary reports along with the hourly employees. There is one shift with staggered start times. You would oversee receiving, pick and pack and shipping as well. We are looking for someone who will be a hands on Manager with Project Management experience. Benefits: Medical, dental, retirement, profit sharing and pension. Ideally we are looking for someone local, but for the right person would be willing to help in relocation assistance. We are a distribution center for a retail home improvement chain and we need a Leader!

DO YOU HAVE…

Excellent written and verbal skills
At least 4 years experience as a General Manager
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma
Experience working with warehouse systems
Sound picking system knowledge
Experience working with Quality, Safety and Production
Great PC skills
Bachelor’s degree

We are a 300,000 square facility with about 120 employees.

You would have 3 direct salary reports along with the hourly employees.

There is one shift with staggered start times. You would oversee receiving, pick and pack and shipping as well.

We are looking for someone who will be a hands on Manager with Project Management experience.

Benefits: Medical, dental, retirement, profit sharing and pension.

Ideally we are looking for someone local, but for the right person would be willing to help in relocation assistance.
