Diagnostic Mechanic - Concentrate Leach

Company: North America Mining Job Function: Skilled Trades Job Description: Major Responsibilities: Maintenance technician must be able to safely and effectively perform routine and non-routine maintenance on concentrate leach plant equipment including, pumps, pipes, tanks, manual and control valves, hydraulic systems, gear boxes, motors, and pressure vessels.

Provide leadership and mentoring for less skilled crew members.

Housekeeping

Environmental compliance

Regulatory safety compliance

Communicate verbally and in writing
-Operate boom trucks, forklifts, skid steer loaders, overhead cranes

Cutting and welding carbon steel and stainless steel

Computer skills: Ellipse, Word, Excel

Knowledge and proficiency at pump repair

Demonstrated leadership skills

Demonstrated mentoring skills

Trouble shoot, order parts and complete a job with minimal supervision

Willing to work holidays, weekends, and rotating shiftsPreferred Qualifications:
Titanium welding experience, ability to be certified

Pressure vessel experience

Knowledge and experience with super duplex alloys

Knowledge of materials of construction in acidic environments~CB2~
