Deburr (Metal finishing operator)

Position Summary: Deburr and finish of sheet metal and machined components

Role Qualifications:

Set up and run various deburr equipment (time saver, oscillator, buffers and strokers)
Must be able to read and under stand print finish call outs
Ability to follow router sequences
Have some knowledge in sheet metal fabrication
Ability to change speeds with work load demand

Position Responsibilities:

Basic math
Able to perform sequence operation in a timely manner
Grind and prep components for out side process
Maintain finishes as required on print
Able to work with minimal supervision
Perform other duties as directed by manager / supervisor
Essential skills and experience:

Math
Team player
Able to set up some equipment without assists
Some experience in out side process and procedure related to fabrication (paint and plate)
Read English
Maintain and organize work area
Nonessential skills and experience:

2-5 years in related field
Speak and understand English
Personal tools and tool box
Able to learn quickly
