Converting Supv

Supervises one shift of the Converting Department to meet all productivity, safety and quality goals. Conducts/schedules training and ensures guidelines/policies are adhered to.
Checks production levels and investigates production problems to ensure efficient operation.

Enforces plant safety regulations, good housekeeping practices, and all other duties as assigned.

Conducts training of the workforce as needed and ensures appropriate disciplinary actions are taken when deemed necessary.

Schedules hourly employees to duties according to type, operation, skills, and provisions of labor contract.

Maintains appropriate logs and reports and performs other tasks as required by management.

Supervises production of customer orders as scheduled and in accordance with our quality program and customer specifications.
