Job description
On our client’s behalf, we are conducting a search for a high potential individual to join this successful and expanding facility. Are you an individual with an outgoing personality? Do you love being out on the floor, interacting with associates, and working in a hands-on capacity? Do you live, breath and sleep Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing? If you answered yes to these questions you might be exactly the person we are looking for! We are searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager with a Six Sigma certification to develop, lead, and train continuous improvement programs in three manufacturing facilities. If you are a Continuous Improvement Manager, a Six Sigma Black or Green Belt, Quality Manager or even a Continuous Improvement Engineer looking to take that next step into senior management in a successful company apply today! The successful applicant will report to the VP of Manufacturing and manage 9 direct reports including 6 Quality Auditors and a Quality Supervisor. The applicant will lead statistically driven continuous improvement projects on all plastic injection molding operations, create and track capital projects, and work with suppliers and customers in multi-functional teams.





Requirements
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:

•A Bachelors Degree from a 4-year university is required! An Engineering Degree, while not required is a plus +
•4 + years of experience in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Kanban, Continuous Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, and other Lean methodologies is required
•Six Sigma certification is a MUST!
•Design of Experiments (DOE) experience is a big plus ++
•Plastic injection molding experience is a plus +
•Multi-plant experience is a plus +
