CNC Mill Set Up/Operator

Purpose: A company located in Mundelein is seeking a CNC Mill Set Up/Operator. The candidate responsibilities will be:
-Report unsafe conditions with equipment and processes
-Set up and operate CNC Milling machines
-Help maintain 5S program in area
-Set up and operate lathes mills and other manual machines, making adjustments when necessary
-Verify dimensions of piece work using calipers, micrometers, and pre-set gauges
-Clean and maintain machinery, tools and work areas as scheduled or as needed
-Maintain necessary records as required by SOP's and work instructions
-Monitor quality of product through 1st piece and in-progress inspection
-Perform other related duties as required or directed by supervisor
