CNC Machinist / Operator

Purpose: Our client has been a manufacturer of high vacuum components for over 40 years. They are a leader in producing excellent quality vacuum flanges, fittings, feedthroughs and valves. Located in a 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near the Gainesville/Ocala area, they staff over 100 people all committed to manufacturing, polishing, cleaning, packing, storage and shipping of high and ultra-high vacuum components.

Aerotek is now accepting applications for CNC MACHINISTS / OPERATORS.

Each candidate must have the following:
- 3-5 Years Experience on Lathes or Mills
- Ability to read blue prints.
- Proficiency use of micrometers, calipers, and venires.
- Minor programming knowledge is a plus!

Job Description:
- Perform set-up, run, monitor, and debug programs.
- Chanfer and/or de-tit parts.
- Inspect parts for quality.
- Maintain oil and coolant levels in machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Must be able to work night shifts.
