Bi-ligual Production Manager

Description: The Judge Group, Inc. is currently in search of a Degreed Bi-lingual
Production Manager for a large food manufacturer located in Ohio. The
primary job responsibilities of this position include managing plant
production and sanitation functions to meet production, quality, and safety
goals; supervise product and processing activities for pre-cut, packaged
salad product packaging lines; responsibility for maximizing effectiveness
of all production workers, equipment and materials to produce products
within planned schedules, while minimizing costs; responsibility for
maintaining excellent safety, quality, sanitation, and production
standards; responsibility for developing operating standards and yearly
budgets; show strong commitment and demonstrated capability toward
developing salary and hourly employees other duties as assigned. There is

Requirements:The qualified candidate for the Bi-lingual Production Manager MUST BE
bi-lingual (fluent) in English and Spanish. A four year degree, preferably
is operations management or a related field, is required to apply for this
position. 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a food processing
environment is necessary, as well as 2-3 years as a manager in that same
environment. The candidate should be experienced in leading and developing
factory floor personnel at multiple levels. Excellent oral and written
communication skills, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage,
motivate and train people are skills desired of the candidate. Additional
skills include dynamic, hands-on ability to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented food-processing environment. The candidate must have the
ability to make decisions, maintain regular and acceptable attendance,
follow directions, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow
posted work rules/procedures and to accept constructive criticism.
