Assistant Production Supervisor

Manufacturer of roll-out seeded mats in Grandview, MO is looking for an energetic self-starting Assistant Production Supervisor to be cross trained on specialized manufacturing equipment and be responsible for supervising up to 25 employees. The position will assist the Production Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be a team player and an equal participant in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to read and apply arithmetic, assist in inventory, process and complete work orders, must follow stringent quality guidelines, must be able to lift 30 lbs., forklift experience a plus but not required, must be able to set up work centers for packaging of product and ensure optimum efficiency, must ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
