ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

THK Manufacturing produces Linear Motion devices for machine tool companies, medical industries and the semi-conductor industries of automation. THK also produces suspension components for the
automotive industry.

THK is currently seeking an Assistant Production Manager for our Hebron, Ohio manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for the day-to-day production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high quality products in the most efficient and effective manner. This position will also direct all aspects of the facility including manpower, material and production.

Qualified candidates should posses a minimum of five years experience in manufacturing management, have a working knowledge of manufacturing and
assembly processes, have excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, have the ability to motivate teams in an effort to accomplish goals, have advanced computer skills. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
