Assembly Operators/Clean Room Technician

Purpose: Highly-acclaimed, Rocky Mountain World-Class Advanced-Packaging Service Provider is actively seeking Assembly Operators for its Colorado Springs office location.



Qualified candidates will offer 3-5 years of experience in assembly production. This position will be responsible for digital camera use and manipulation, understanding ISO 9001:2000 requirements and verifying ISO implementation in all procedures and production, managing job inventory per established methods and procedures, and participating in cleanroom and equipment cleaning and monitoring as necessary. Candidates MUST be skilled in the following:

- Die handling and sorting capability

- An understanding of regularly-used chemistries, selection and cure schedules, to include: furnace profiling and furnace and oven operations

- 3rd operation inspection capability

- Dam and encapsulation capabilities

- Die attach capabilities

- Ink marking capabilities, including: set-up, calibration, and use of ink markers

- Microscope use and manipulation

- Verification capabilities, which includes: die attach, ink mark, and wire bond
