Assembler- microscope soldering experience needed

We are looking for a person who has strong customer service skills, enjoys working in a fast paced environment, and has a dynamic personality. Applicants must have experience working with multiple phone lines.


Duties:

· answer incoming phone calls (multiple lines)

· assist clients with questions, issues, and concerns.

· paging employees

· sorting incoming/outgoing mail

· general office work; fax, copy, data entry
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:


· 24 months Receptionist

· 12 months working in a high call volume environment (inbound)

· Excellent Telephone Etiquette

· Phones- able to handle multiple phone lines

· MS Word – Intermediate

· Excel-Intermediate

· Typing- 35 wpm +
