The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing the onsite account team and overseeing all staffing and employee operations. In this position, you must remain focused on the strategic leadership of the account while at the same time supervising day-to-day activities. Our exciting, fast-paced environment is a good fit for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities include monitoring production, ensuring quality, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching employees, meeting performance objectives, managing safety programs and guaranteeing client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supervising employees' conduct, keeping employees trained on quality production processes and completing operations reports.

REQUIREMENTS
* Should have 2+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent knowledge/education.
* In this position, most of your time would be spent interacting with our client and our employees, so exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must.
