2nd Shift Plant Supervisor/Plant Mgr

Purpose: Orlando company looking for 2nd Shift Plant Supervisor. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the Perfect Plant, directs shift personnel to perform to Key Performance Indicators including safety, quality, costs, production, service and process improvement. Will have primary responsibility for the maintenance staff, and implementing maintenance processes to impact downtime.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Ensure plant operates within safety guidelines
-Allocate manpower, materials and work activity to achieve plant output to planned levels
-Implement and manage an effective Preventive Maintenance program
-Implement and manage a parts management system to deliver budgetary goals
-Manage labor, material costs and overall Plant effectiveness
-Track performance on productivity, inventory consumption etc., and analyze trends requiring management attention
-Direct, coach, train and develop team members to meet corporate strategic goals and facility KPI objectives
-Conduct employment interviews to meet staffing objectives
-Interface with Logistics team to determine scheduling requirements based on plant capacity
-Troubleshoot problems and liaise with other departments as necessary
-Collect, validate and record key plant output information
