2nd Shift Environmental Operator

Job Summary
Under direct supervision performs a variety of routine tasks to ensure production quality standards are met. Duties are well defined and require little judgment or interpretation. This is an entry level position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Performs the various environmental testing of circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies.
•Sets-up various environmental equipment for testing.
•Maintains logs of testing results.
•Uses written instructions for all product marking (i.e.; date codes, serial number, part type, etc.).
•Regular attendance is required.
•May occasionally be required to work overtime.

•This position is typically not responsible for the supervision of any other positions.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
•Regularly required to walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
•Frequently required to stand; occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.
•May be required to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
•Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
•The environmental conditions may include work near moving mechanical parts, work in high precarious places, and risk of electrical shock on a regular basis; fumes or airborne particles and vibration on a frequent basis; and toxic or caustic chemicals on an occasional basis.
•The typical work environment has a moderate to loud noise level.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Abilities
•Basic reading and writing (English language).

Education/Experience Requirements
•Entry level position, no previous experience required.

Hours: 1:15pm - 9:45pm
