This is an excellent position with career growth potential and the opportunity to work in a fun, high-energy environment. The Training Manager will provide direct leadership support to the Wildhorse Saloon employees by overseeing the training and development programs to ensure our guests receive the highest level of service. Duties include indentifying training needs; developing and implementing programs; developing and maintaining Standards, Steps and Tips; analyzing current standards and processes and making recommendations for improvement; and ensuring compliance with all regulatory food and beverage training. Other duties include overseeing the new employee on-boarding process; training STAR (employee) trainers; developing, maintaining and analyzing training metrics to ensure effectiveness of programs; and creating and maintaining department recognition programs.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years high-volume restaurant experience required. Nightclub experience preferred.
Training experience; Understanding of adult learning principles and demonstrated ability at facilitating training sessions effectively
Experience in program development preferred
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Must be available to work late nights and weekends, based on business need.
