Examinetics is the industry leader for mobile on-site occupational health screening services. Our mobile unit teams travel year round across the United States performing health screenings tailored to our client's particular needs. Our mobile units are equipped to conduct hearing and vision testing, height, weight and blood pressure measurement, urinalysis, ECG, venipuncture, tonometry, spirometry, chest x-ray, etc. We are seeking a Unit Manager to travel throughout the United States. This position requires 100% travel all year long. The teams travel in comfortable 8 passenger vans and live in company provided hotels, 7 days per week.



Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall accuracy and quality of all test data
Perform hands-on testing and related functions; be able to work any station as needed
Provide leadership and trouble-shooting when confronted with emergencies or last-minute changes
Responsible for the organization and flow of the unit
Make pretest calls to clients and responsible for driver to make setup call
Responsible for all client communication while on site
Responsible for the use and accounting of unit expenditures
Responsible for inventory of supplies and that adequate amounts are on-hand
Responsible for ordering special equipment and the testing of it prior to being on site
Provide supervisory over-site for all personnel on unit, including but not limited to cross-training and disciplinary action
Responsible for having required licenses or certificates for unit personnel, unit equipment registrations and the maintaining of regulatory files
Required to be on the unit the majority of the time even when schedules allow for fewer techs
Responsible for preventative maintenance on unit, tractor, and chase van
Responsible for cleaning and appearance of unit
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:

Education, Skills and/or Experiences:
Two (2) years minimum experience in the medical field preferred, but not required.
Two (2) years minimum experience in a supervisor or management capacity required.
Must pass all certification or approved courses provided by Examinetics (i.e. CAOHC, NIOSH)
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Any form of a medical certification or license
Supervisory Duties:
Supervise a crew of two (2) to five (5) people (i.e., X Ray Tech, MA, Driver, etc.)
