Telemarketing Supervisor

Our non-profit health research information services client located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania is seeking an inside sales professional to conduct subscription renewal campaigns and follow up on direct mail leads. This individual will lead a staff of six telemarketers.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with at least two years of supervisory experience
Extensive inside sales experience in healthcare environment
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to manage work independently
Effectively work with sales team
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
Risk management experiences preferred.
