TOP Manager

Directs day to day servicing and managing of Tandem service employees at a client site. Responsibilities may include recruiting,interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance;counseling service employees;addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure excellent client satisfaction at the client site, including retaining and growth of the account.
REQUIREMENTS
Work in conjunction with Tandem branches to implement recruiting campaigns for Service Employees needed at TOP site. Fill positions as per client requirements; Follow company policy and client requirements for interviewing,selection, assessments and hiring of all service employees. Comply consistently with all COmpany regulations on areas such as I-9's,background checks, drug testing and WOTC reporting. Provide consistent Service Employee Orientation using Company Standards;including safety orientation on safety rules and accident procedures. Ensure compliance by maintaining proper Service Employee personnel records.Provide all Service Employee with proper work instructions,guidelines and necessary equipmentBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field from four year college or university; two years related experience and /or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma / GED requiredMinimum two to three years plus experience in a Supervisory role or experience in directing and advising others. General Human Resources skills is a plus as well as bilingual ability.Must have basic knowledge of Windows 95/98 and be proficient using spreadsheets and word processing programs(preferably,Microsoft Word and Excel
