Min Pay Hourly: $22.69Supervises a group of Customer Care Specialists. Directs the day to day activities of the group and is responsible for meeting the overall goals and objectives of the department.Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.Disclaimer
