Supervisor-Lab Technical  LIS

Job Summary: Oversees, coordinates and performs functions related to the implementation and operation of laboratory information systems including maintenance, validation, training and policies/procedures to meet the user's needs. Performs other duties as assigned.Job Specifications: Bachelor's degree. Information systems and management education preferred. California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS). Prefer CLS(NCA) or MT(ASCP) additionally. 3 Years or more in laboratory information system management or equivalent. Excellent skills in system/process analysis; excellent ability to plan and organize technical work and manage projects; clear speaking abilities; data entry/typing. Excellent dexterity. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills. Cooperates harmoniously with others and shares information in a timely and appropriate manner. Demonstrates the ability to respond positively to changing circumstances so as to maximize the opportunity and minimize the problem. Acts decisively and takes effective action.
