I have a position for a Project Superintendent in the warm sunny Phoenix, AZ area.

YOU MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE!!!

Your Background:



The Project Superintendent is the "on -site manager" and supervisor of the construction project whose primary function is to maintain quality control, safety and the project schedule.



Must have experience with Site development including curbs guttering landscaping power sewer and water lines



Job Requirements:

* 5 years advanced construction experience

* Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS safety rules and regulations

* Supervisory experience

* Architectural drawings, specifications, and blue print reading

* Excellent time management skills

* Good organizational skills

* Good communication skills

* Able to be flexible and work long work days if required
