Qualifications –
Ability to write subcontracts for US Government prime contracts.
Solid ability to develop Statements of Work for various subcontractors.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
Ability to gauge contractor performance against expenditures.
Ability to travel when necessary.
Excellent communication skills.
