REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years of management and team-oriented leadership
• Ability to foster a store environment where teamwork, open communication, trust, selling and celebration are emphasized
• College degree preferred
• Excellent presentation and teaching skills
• Proficiency with computers, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, listening and evaluation skills
• Ability to motivate others to achieve excellence
• Displays good judgment in all decision-making and in personnel and customer communication

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Leads and directs the focus of selling to ensure exceptional customer service
• Possesses excellent skills to help interview, recruit, hire, identify and develop strong leaders who will contribute to future company growth
• Utilizes all resources to ensure accurate inventory and replenishment
• Supports and implements all company merchandising, training, and selling initiatives and directives in a timely manner
