POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Project Manager for AMTM Technologies Production and Controls will be responsible for supporting the production marking cycle and handling all ad-hoc reporting requests. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that the Asset Mark to Market teams are adhering to the new controls being requested by SOX and the new IT Controls policies. Additionally, as part of their reporting responsibilities this person will have responsibility for supporting vendor analysis, reporting and tasks for the new Inventory methodologies.



PRODUCTION SUPPORT

This person will be responsible for managing all technology aspects of the mark-to-market production cycle. This includes, but is not limited to:Preparing all necessary information to start the cycle and communicating to the technology team, such as populations to run, etc. Acting as the liaison between the business production team and the technology team on AMTM-related items, such as corrections, bugs or data corrections. Attending the daily production meetings to represent the AMTM technology and communicating issues and action items to the technology group where appropriate. Responding to daily ad hoc requests for data and answering questions regarding the data and AMTM. Perform business validation and approval on flat file interfaces to AMTM.



CONTROLS

This person will be responsible for managing all IT Controls and SOX control items related to AMTM. This includes, but is not limited to:Representing AMTM at meetings regarding IT Controls/SOX/ELSIF guidelines. Performing quarterly access reviews for the business of AMTM. Ensuring that business members that leave the team have access to AMTM immediately terminated. Defining technology enablers to facilitate SOX evidence collection.



DOCUMENTATION

This person will be responsible for managing all documentation related to the AMTM system and associated controls. This includes, but is not limited to:Ensuring that evidence is being collected and stored consistently. Completion of required ELSIF documentation, which includes, Test Plans, Scope, Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc. Posting of all AMTM-business related process documentation into Sharepoint. Ensuring that meeting minutes are taken and posted.

REQUIREMENTS


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS or Computer Science required.

A minimum of seven years experience preferred in a top financial services, capital markets, consulting, software or other Fortune 1000 organization.

Strong, hands-on experience with SQL required.

Oracle experience preferred.

Experience in information technology consulting, software development or production support or similar function

Secondary mortgage business, financial markets or accounting knowledge strongly desired. Fannie Mae experience preferred.

Experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and/or SOX 404

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills under pressure with a demonstrated ability to think independently, deal with complex challenges, propose creative solutions and provide leadership with minimal supervision. Additionally, must have a demonstrated judgment to know the relevant questions to ask and assemble the right individuals to provide responsive resolutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to the position.

Experience in managing, developing, and motivating staff.

Strong influencing and negotiating skills; proven ability to manage through influence versus direct authority and to interact and influence cross-functionality, with individuals at all levels of the organization, including executive and middle management.
