This individual must clearly manage and communicate the global Process Excellence programs and strategies, status, risks, monitoring change readiness of the business, as well as conduct implementation reviews. Oversees all aspects of project information including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition. Also provides oversight of a global portfolio of projects for the Telesales organization. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to manage large global cross-functional projects. Must have proven Vendor Management expertise and a track record of industry expertise in identifying and initiating specific areas to implement exceptional, re-engineered processes that drive increased effectiveness and productivity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the US TeleSales Home Based Agent program as the critical component of the overall US Apple On Line Store TeleSales selling model.
Manage a global program portfolio of several process excellence and system enhancement projects.
Complete business case documentation and justification for Sr. Management on the HBA and other key process re-engineering initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the business and technology to ensure business project needs are adequately met with tools and technology solutions
Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements
Manage, plan and organize project activities; Develop business project plans/schedules; Writing and editing formal business requirements documents for projects and enhancements; Conduct weekly project meetings.
Identifies and manages team to major project milestones
Assign key personnel to project teams while balancing business needs and expectations; Prioritize and delegate key project tasks to team members.
Maintain a global/regional resource plan and resources, as necessary, within a given business process discipline
Manages project risk throughout the life of the project
Incorporates Apples best practices for Project Management to ensure consistent delivery of a quality project
Provide regular and effective communicates across the business to ensure quality of product and service.
Manage the overall Change Acceptance Process across the organization
Provide the business with alternatives when key problems surface on the projectMinimum Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of project management methodology
Strong knowledge of sales process and performance management methodologies
Experience planning and managing large, complex projects
Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints
Proven success in external partner management
Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to maintain and develop relationships within the project team
Ability to develop new strategies and options for new projects
Understanding of the business processes as needed by the project
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
Excellent knowledge of the systems development lifecycles
Proficient in business process flow diagramming
Ability to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to gather requirements
Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solutions
Excellent listening skills
Literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors and MBA degree preferred
Strong working knowledge of driving the business requirement for Product and Solution Recommendation engines big plus
Consulting background ideal
Sales process experience
10(+) years of business experience preferred
