Territory: VA, - W. VA, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, FL
Salary Range: $70-98K
Comp Package: $100-140K DOE, plus benefits.
Reports to: National Sales Director, USACross-function coordination with all three GE Security business units; Engineered Systems, Network Solutions and Homeland Security.This position requires a person with strong leadership skills and the ability to embrace the challenges that come with a fast-paced growth environment.Primary Goals:
Analyze, Develop, Manage and Execute the GE Regional Territory Sales Plan.
Develop account strategies, growth plans and regional budgets.
Lead & Manage the Regional Product Launch for [2] High-End Network Video Products
Evaluate competitive strategies, market opportunities in formulation of business strategy
Manage the reporting and communication flow between the field & the NSM.
Coach, mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve the desired results.Secondary Responsibility - Business Development
Develop relationships with key End-Users, Dealers, Distributors & Consultants.
Homeland Security *Utilities *Government *Education *Banking *Retail *Military
Direct, coordinate and manage the large RFP opportunities within the assigned region.
Participate in local, regional and national industry trade shows.Regional Territory Management and Rep Team Support
Direct-line responsibility to communicate and manage the goals and programs to each Rep team.
Communicate and report key activities in the territory as needed to the NSM
Monthly review of plan to NSM.
50-70% travel throughout the assigned regional territory.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years industry experience in Sales ManagementNetwork IT / IP related system sales are a major plus.A history of success selling to the C-level, Consultants and Integrator channels.Strong knowledge of the USA Security market and it's many channels to market.Proven record of success meeting corporate goals and growing a sales region > $30 - 40M.Strong knowledge and working contacts within the assigned territory.Proven ability in sales negotiation and resolution skills.Experienced presenter and articulate communicator with exceptional written and verbal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)=================================== You must submit your application for employment through http://gecareers.com to be considered.
