Sourcing Managers

Seeking all levels of sourcing background in the apparel industry-- Women's, Mens and Kids Background.Job Responsibilites: Work with team members to gather in formation, resolve issues and improve processes. Mananage ake important decisions in a timely manner with little supervision.. Communicate internally and externally using different methods (e.g., one-on-one, e-mail, meetings, voice mail, written documentation) to promote and maintain open communication. Respond to needs, concerns and questions from internal and external Customers, team members, and suppliers/vendors. Resolve internal and external Customer and Associate concerns. Act as the primary communication link between the Shenzhen Sourcing, Global Procurement Merchandising, Domestic Suppliers, Merchants and Product Development. Create and maintain collaborative partnerships to accomplish project objectives. Gather, interpret and analyze information to make decisions. Manage projects with review of success based upon quality deliverables, meeting project time frames, meeting or beating budget allocation, and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. Implement department and/or Company policies and procedures, which include policies, procedures and objectives, and inter-departmental functions. Meet with and communicate effectively with all support teams (replenishment, modular planning, stores, logistics, imports, category advisor etc.). Apparel Specific Participate in all merchandise meetings related to the apparel development process (DKO, Vision, Coordination). Conduct queries, locate data (includes archived data), and create appropriate reports (e.g., operation reports, efficiency reports) for internal and external customers, external brands, or domestic suppliers/importers according to Company guidelines. Coordinates with Domestic Suppliers, Shenzhen Sourcing, and Global Procurement Merchandising Office's regarding order commitments, delivery/critical path tracking through delivery of product or ex-country dates for Global Procurement Suppliers. Obtain order tracking information from GP Merchandising Office by Ex-Country dates. Identify and resolve issues with suppliers for pricing, shipping, services, etc. Obtain order tracking information from Logistics.
