Site Development Construction Superintendent - Luxury Condos

Optima is looking for Site Development Super with at least 5 years of experience who knows how to drive the exterior site work process to meet completion dates. We’re an award-winning architectural design, construction and property management firm with outstanding construction opportunities in the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all exterior site work from ground breaking through completion of project, including excavation, softscape, and hardscape; review and implement exterior drawings and blue prints; coordinate with other Superintendents to ensure smooth transitions to buyers; prepare bid packages for exterior work; work with all on-site supers as part of a team; interface with Architects and sub-contractors to process RFI’s; interface with governing officials to inspect and approve work; evaluate subcontractor performance and coordinate with quality control to ensure project completion according to budget, time and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Requires excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of MS Office & MS Project, as well as a 4-year degree in a construction-related discipline, landscape architecture, or horticulture.

At least five years of fast track construction experience as well as start-to-finish experience in constructing at least a $50 million start to finish essential. Mid- to high-rise construction experience preferred. Must be self-directed, detail oriented, well organized and efficient.
