Service Manager

Schuylkill Country Club is a private member owned club, established in 1921. An 18-hole Donald Ross designed championship golf course with no tee times is the highlight of this small club. The club is seeking the right individual to manage and inspire a small food and beverage staff that accounts for $1,000,000 of sales over a 10-month period (March thru December). Full ala carte service includes a men's lounge, grill room and main dining room. Banquet facilities can host parties from 20 to 350 people. The individual will be responsible for all food and beverage service and employees. Develop and implement effective orientation and on-going training programs, policies and procedures, and maintains personnel documentation of all bartenders & servers.
