POSITION SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
LOCATION: Brea, CA

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all service-related areas, including the field technicians and the coordinators in the office. Supervising technicians, leads, and office personnel, the service staff will work closely with residential and commercial clients to ensure quality and expeditious service for all Pella Architectural Products. The Service manager will oversee all aspects of the service office, including scheduling, customer service, staffing, and quality control. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing the service fleet and service equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
•The successful candidate will be an energetic, effective communicator who is able to manage and motivate in a fast paced service environment.
•Experience managing service technicians and administrative personnel is essential
•Experience dealing with construction, contractors, or architects would be preferred, but is not essential, for training will be provided for the right candidate.
•Prior knowledge in the window and/or door industry would be beneficial.
•A four or two year technical degree is preferred
