Senior Case Manager- OB Summary/Position Objectives:Under the direction of the Case Management Supervisor, provides case management to assigned members identified as High Risk that require medical intervention and monitoring.Work Environment Qualifications:
Normal Office Environment. Ability to be mobile. Pleasant well-lighted atmosphere.
Frequent travel in personal vehicle within state during normal working hoursEducation and Work Experience:
RN required, or LPN with OB experience. Three years experience in Public Health, Home Health, or other Community Health providing services to clients within the home setting and Perinatal nursing (prenatal clinic, high risk antepartum, Labor & Delivery). Must have experience helping members using community agencies.
