Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $67,000 to $80,000 per year South metro area organization seeks an Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to join it's growing and dynamic team. My client is a commercial real estate developer and is exclusively interested in candidates coming from the same industry. The Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager will manage all financial aspects of multiple projects. The Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager will be involved from start to finish with each individual project. Starting with the pre-development process, the Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager will need to be able to understand contract and partnership agreements. After the purchase of the land, the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring expenses of the project and handling loan draws. My client seeks someone who is well versed in financial statement preparation and review and will be able to provide cash position data for each project. This person should be sophisticated enough to manage full cycle accounting responsibilities and variance reporting throughout the course of various projects as well as financial feasibility analysis for land acquisitions and development. Selected candidate will also be responsible for the forecasting and projections to show net capital of each job. This is an organization in a niche market experiencing exponential growth.
