Schlotzsky’s Restaurant Manager If the restaurant business is in your blood, you owe it to yourself to explore the management opportunities with Calista Co., Inc. d/b/a Schlotzsky's. We are recruiting individuals with a successful track record to manage a Schlotzsky’s restaurant in Athens, GA.

REQUIREMENTS:Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years restaurant operations management experience with a fast food or casual dining concept.Experience with running at an annual sales volume exceeding $1 million. Able to direct restaurant staff of at least 20+ employees. Drive-thru window experience is a definite plus. Exceptional communication & organizational skills.Outstanding leadership qualities with “lead by example” approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruiting, developing and promoting employees. Ability to manage the floor and employees during high volume peak hours; while communicating clearly, being exceptionally organized and an outstanding leader. Provide clear direction and leadership to employees. Continuously developing staff for promotions; building a strong management team. Maintain & guarantee equipment is in proper working order. Ensure proper sanitation procedures are adhered to at all times. Maintain proper speed of service times in the restaurant and drive-thru. Guarantee that guests are consistently treated in a courteous and friendly manner. Uphold cleanliness standards are adhered to in all areas of the restaurantExecute dining room management functions and guest interaction. Support and promote all national and Company-sponsored marketing events. Promoting internal marketing through suggestive selling, sampling and positive guest interaction. Achieving specific targeted goals for food cost, labor cost, and supplies. Maintaining sales at or above prescribed standard. Conducting accurate daily and weekly inventories.
Accurately reporting and assessing financial data. Conducting new hire employee orientation and training.
