Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for working with the North American and Strategic Accounts sales teams to evaluate and standardize current sales processes and best practices; conduct comprehensive, senior level reporting and in-depth analyses, act as primary liaison between Sales, Operations and Finance, identify sales opportunities; manage territory assignments, drive the adoption and active usage of the CRM software, and other important functions that enhance sales force productivity and revenue growth. This role is approximately 80% Sales Operations Management and 20% Administrative.Job Requirements

. Minimum 4 years experience in sales operations , business analyst, or similar role


Bachelor's Degree or some college and equivalent experience,


Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.


Oracle and Siebel OnDemand CRM system experience a plus,


Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports.
