Sales Manager

Purpose:
We have immediate openings for Regional Sales Managers. We are looking for individuals who can prove success in selling luxury based products. Individuals will be assigned to a geographic region and be an integral part of the global sales team.

Pay plans are as follows: (1) $750/wk draw, $6k max, 1% company leads and 2 % commission on self-generated leads. (2) $36k salary; .5% commission on company leads, 1% commission on self-generated leads. Potential income for an average sales person is 150k for the first year and $250k for the second year.

Job responsibility includes but is not limited to strong telephone based sales and actively managing new territory sales and maintaining the highest level of customer care. As well as, organizing and implementing various sales or marketing programs including assistance and support efforts and trade shows.
