We are actively looking for a powerful sales manager who is committed to earning a large income based on results. 4Sight Technologies is a Scottsdale-based International Software Company. We currently have an active position for a sales manager to recruit, hire, coach, mentor, train, and retain our competitive sales force. Oh, by the way, you have to also sell and travel; in office about 75% of the time and traveling about 25%--worldwide. This opportunity is for a base plus commission sales management professional who is willing to do what it takes to be successful.

To do this, you must be willing to have an open and honest conversation about your future aspirations, your strengths, and your weaknesses. Must have current track record in sales management position.
Must be willing to learn Conquest Training System, Sandler technique.
Must work own book of clients.
