Hay PayNet is an Internet based platform that enables licensed users worldwide to access and analyze the most trusted compensation information available. The combination of powerful reporting and analytical features, plus robust source data, underpinned by the credibility and methodology of Hay Group, has made PayNet the preferred solution for business executives and compensation professionals.

We currently have a need for a Sales Director-Reward Information Services (RIS) in our Philadelphia office. The Sales Director is responsible for selling electronic information products (Hay PayNet and related services) to non-clients throughout North America. The focus is on large organizations (multinationals) and strategic vertical markets/sectors. The Sales Director will establish initial relationships with top executives and leverage those relationships to include broader compensation survey participation, consulting services and other revenue opportunities. The Sales Director will also utilize existing relationships outside North America to build local revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

Pursuing revenue from new clients through the sale of Consulting Services and Surveys from Hay Group.

Responsible for working closely with Sector Leaders to driving existing sales initiatives.

Tracking sales activity with detailed history regarding each visit, action, telephone call, training and prospect meeting using existing in-house Hay Group sales productivity software.

Identifying prospective clients and promising segments and regions for Hay Group’s survey participation.

Participating in New Products and Services development, collaborating with campaigns’ launching along with RIS Commercial Management.

Receiving, analyzing, responding to and maintaining all correspondences with prospective clients.

Monthly Forecast, Annual Sales Pipeline (individual) and Client Prospecting meetings with RIS Commercial Management.

Participating in all Sales, Technical and Consulting meetings when requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree.

5 to 10 years of increasing responsibility in sales in a professional services environment including the management of client relationships.

Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong presentation skills.

Familiarity with Hay Group products and services a plus.
