STRATEGIC SOURCING SPECIALIST

Partnering with our Director of Sourcing and our Chief Operating Officer, you will hold significant, hands-on responsibility in the leadership of global sourcing initiatives to support all new product development for our high-growth/high-success corporation - which has accomplished a growth in sales from a low of $200MM at end of 2004 to $485MM projected for 2006. In this role, you will develop & implement strategic sourcing strategies with no bureaucracy standing in your way - your interface with our COO & CEO will be continual, & you will find yourself involved in broad-based initiatives crossing all lines upon a daily basis. Taking our new product development process from concept phase through production, you will be managing vital facets each step of the way - & your ability to impact the outcome will be substantial. Developing reliable, cost-effective, quality conscious suppliers upon a global basis & driving cost reduction initiatives will be endeavors from which your leadership will make the difference; sourcing top-quality suppliers for finished goods and components in Asia with be a focus of your leadership responsibility. Your partnering with -& leading - cohesive cross-functional teams - with marketing, sales, finance, production, engineering all coming together to plan & capture the win - you will be in the forefront of the action as we continue to capture new markets, receive recognition from our prolific, demanding mass-channel customers, and grow to a level in sales & profit which any other company would see as impossible to attain in years, let alone months. REQUIREMENTS

Your academic credentials will include a Bachelor's Degree - with any graduate study or certifications seen as a positive indicator that you do not choose to stand still when opportunity presents itself for you to grow.
