We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Accounts Management Group located in Horsham, PA.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Horsham, PA

Responsibilities:
Develop scope, budget and schedule for tenant, building improvement, building infrastructure and relocation projects
Manage all aspects of each assigned project through to its conclusion
Conduct and document meetings as required during project implementation
Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions
Interact and negotiate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors
Manage building improvement, tenant improvement and building infrastructure projects
Address clients' special requests and post-move relocation concerns
Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials
Mentor project managers, associate project managers and planners in all aspects of project management as required
Travel will be required to other locations on the East Coast
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management
Ability to prepare and track budgets
Experience as a senior project manager or previous managerial role is a plus
Understanding of technical requirements for the relocation of computer and telephone systems
Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings, furniture and space planning concepts a plus
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications
