SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Implements client assignments within the defined scope of professional services offered by the company. Maintains continuing client contact and represents the client and the company to the highest standards of professional conduct and performance from inception of the project through completion in support of internal C&W real estate brokers, asset management professionals and external clients.

Responsible for site evaluation, creation or negotiation of lease "work-letter" documentation, development of project budgets and schedules, creation and administration of requests for proposals to architects/engineers/consultants and contractors, procurement coordination for furniture/fixtures/equipment, project cost and schedule management, team coordination through design and construction, and general support as an Owner or Tenants' Representative on singular or multiple concurrent assignments. Preparation of all documents in accordance with company standards and coordination with administrative support as required to ensure completion and distribution of same. Functions as a liaison to clients and project teams and shall use appropriate skill, care, and professional judgment in the performance of the work.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture
•Minimum of five to ten years of engineering/construction project management experience
