Schwan’s Home Service, Inc. (“Schwan’s”), the oldest and largest of the subsidiaries, is looking for a dedicated & motivated Route Sales Supervisor.

Job Description:
This position supervises Customer Service Managers and is responsible for the development and training of Customer Service Managers on assigned routes, ensuring all route days are completed on a daily basis and appropriate techniques and skills are developed and are consistently and continually applied.
Rides with and trains Customer Service Managers in the appropriate operation of routes and delivery vehicles.
Exercises supervisory authority over Customer Service Managers to include but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, adjusting pay, disciplining and terminating employees as well as addressing complaints and resolving issues.
Supervises the development of routes, may supervise weekend routes.
Ensures compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, safety, banking, sales and other policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of Customer Service Manager standards and performance.
Along with the Facility Supervisor and Location General Managers, conduct regular inventory audits of assigned route trucks.
Ensures assigned route days are completed on time including vacation routes, open routes and new route days. This will require the position to run routes to cover Customer Service Managers that are on vacation and/or for routes that are open and/or are new.
Conducts route analysis to reduce miles driven and improve sales.
Maintains facility and records to insure compliance with company standards and all federal, state and local regulatory agencies including employment related postings.
Ensures the nightly bank deposits that are made by the Customer Service Managers under his or her supervision are accurate and made on time every day.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Have high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Good 3 year driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
Truck driving experience, CDL, DOT vehicles, (10,000+ lbs), or company vehicles
Computer literacy
