The Arizona Republic Retail Sales Manager The Arizona Republic, the largest metro daily newspaper in the state and part of Gannett Co. Inc., the largest newspaper publisher in the US, has an immediate opening in our sales management team. As a key member of the Advertising Management Team, The Retail Advertising Manager is responsible for managing and growing our Retail Advertising division, utilizing strong sales, customer service, presentation, and motivation skills. An effective communicator, a developer of people, and a savvy business-person – this highly visible leader will develop & implement strategic plans to grow market share.Job Requirements
Travel Percentage: 0%Qualified candidates will have Bachelor’s degree and a five years advertising sales experience, of which at least three must be in a supervisory role. A proficiency in client relations, and superior interpersonal skills are critical. Proven experience with business planning and budget development are highly desired.
