With a commitment to manage and operate retail wireless kiosks inside of over 330 Costco’s warehouse locations, our premier team of sales professionals offers unique wireless values to Costco Members not available in any other wholesale environment. We specialize in high quality products and service plans from major wireless carriers, such as T –Mobile USA, Verizon and Sprint.
The Kiosk Manager is responsible for achieving all store financial sales, operational standards and profit contribution objectives by demonstrating and reinforcing the Company Guiding Principles. Daily responsibilities include the following areas: Meeting and exceeding sales goals, staff supervision and coaching, development of a career succession plan for exceptional kiosk staff members, customer satisfaction, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
The ideal Kiosk Manager will possess the ability to manage multiple employees, achieve sales profitability and exceed customer satisfaction standards and goals.
Daily duties and responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Handling and resolving all customer care issues. Ensure customer service standards are met to maximize customer experience. Maintain store kiosk appearance to current standards. Knowledgeable and well-versed on each wireless product, service plan and special Financial Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding kiosk financial goals, all operational objectives, and attainment of all company sales initiatives, and execution of individual kiosks standards. Completes store opening and closing paperwork, daily sales reports and all financial tracking.
Human Resources: Ensuring the adherence and implementation of all Human Resources best practices within the kiosk, including scheduling, training, development and evaluation, and counseling store employees. Ensuring all kiosk employees are in compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and coach the Kiosk employees in daily kiosk operations. Assist the District Manager to recruit, hire, train, develop and evaluate kiosk staff.
Leadership Skills: Manages and coaches Kiosk staff for accountability to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity through continually process improvement in the areas of achieving all sales goals, customer service standards, problem-solving skills, store operations and staff relations.
Loss Prevention: Ensures the effective maintenance and protection of company assets.
Self-Development: Actively continues self-development process by gaining knowledge and further building skills as a professional businessperson, sales manager and leader.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful kiosk manager candidate will possess the following:
1+ years of strong sales experience in a volume driven commission sales environment, preferably in consumer electronics.
Must have demonstrated professional leadership skills including the ability to manage diverse staff members, drive a sales team, and a proven track record in commissioned based retail sales.
Current knowledge of Wireless communications product and service plans
Organizational and time management skills, solution oriented, and demonstrated ability to coach staff for accountability and achieve key results.
The ability to model and develop exceptional customer service standards and relationships.
